We were honored and tickled to have Sue Conley and Peggy Smith, more formally known as the duo who founded the Cowgirl Creamery, host a cheese class and booksigning at our Grange last Saturday.
Their new title is Cowgirl Creamery Cooks, and Sue and Peggy gave us an in-person rundown of much of the wisdom contained therein. We have signed copies available for sale at SHED, too! But more importantly, the duo emphasized the simple strength of fun — in cheesemaking, cheese-tasting, business, and in life.
