However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. We hope you love your Healdsburg SHED items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Returns will be refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Healdsburg SHED does not accept returns on pantry items, special orders, and any sale merchandise.
Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. Items must be in unused condition and contain their original packaging.
Most items may also be exchanged at our Healdsburg store location if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Event Tickets
We are happy you have decided to be a part of our learning community! Since there are many working parts and details necessary to make our events special at SHED, we hope you understand that all ticket sales are considered final sale.
If extenuating circumstances occur, on a case-by-case basis we may accept returns on ticket sales in exchange for store credit, up to 48 hour in advance of the scheduled event time. We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for store credit within 48 hours of the scheduled event time.
Returning Special Orders
Special order items are made to order and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept returns on these items.
Final Sale and Clearance Items
Please note that all sale items are final. We do not accept returns on these items.
Online product orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. We regret that we are not able to modify or cancel orders for in-stock merchandise after 24 hours, since your order will have moved to fulfillment.
In some cases, it is possible to cancel backordered items on your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. To change or cancel backordered items, please call us at 707.431.7433 x303 between 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Event tickets are not eligible for cancellation, but should you need to change the guest names on your ticket, or transfer ownership to someone else, please email email@example.com with your request.
Delivery and Processing
Most purchases that are shipped standard ground will ship within 5 business days upon receipt of order, and arrive to their destination within 7–12 business days after shipping. Express overnight shipping is available, and will ship same day to arrive within 1-2 business days if the order is received by 12pm PST, and all items are in stock.

Please note that items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship to the US and Canada only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to, weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please call us at 707.431.7433 x303 between 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday, or email email@example.com. Expedited delivery and freight delivery is not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 12–14 business days. Please note that some oversized, heavy, and flammable items cannot ship outside the continental US.
Shipping to Canada
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard inventoried items shipping to Canada are shipped via FedEx International. Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 14–16 days for delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the US Territories or foreign countries other than Canada. If you would like to purchase, but are located outside of these designated shipping regions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options.
PO Boxes and APO Boxes
Our apologies, but we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If for any reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you directly.
Healdsburg SHED online gift cards are delivered to the purchaser’s inbox within 4-6 hours of purchase. They are available exclusively for use on our online store. Healdsburg SHED in-store gift cards ship free of charge unless overnight shipping is requested. They are available exclusively for use in our location at 25 North Street, Healdsburg, CA. Gift or Special Messages

Payment is charged to your credit card once your order is placed. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items. Should this apply, a member of our team will contact you to discuss additional fees and options.
