Taste of Place with Peregrine Ranch
Wine can be red, white, pink, or even orange. But can it be green? The people behind Peregrine Ranch think it can. Their premium wines are made from estate grapes grown locally in Dry Creek Valley on a certified fish-friendly farm and are 100% waste free. Sold exclusively on tap, they don’t require bottles, corks, or packaging. SHED’s fermentation bar was designed with the same zero-waste goal, and we’re proud to carry Peregrine Ranch wines for their footprint and their flavor. At the August Taste of Place, we will be serving a four-course meal made exclusively to pair with a suite of Peregrine wines by Chef Perry Hoffman, and winemaker Ashley Herzberg will explain why eco-friendly wines are so vitally important to the industry and the planet. Please join us for this very special event that will kick off a string of waste-free events at SHED.
Taste of Place is a unique dining series that explores food and wines through the terroir, history, and philosophy of the local growers and makers who inspire us. Gather with us to enjoy chef Perry Hoffman’s thoughtfully designed four-course menu, one that represents a unique collaboration between winemaker and chef. Each Taste of Place dinner is designed to awaken the palate—and stimulate the mind—in a new way. We aim to entice and provoke while creating fond memories of sharing the table together.
