Single Origin Chocolate Tasting with Dandelion Chocolate

Enjoy a chocolate immersion with San Francisco’s own Dandelion Chocolate, nationally-lauded chocolate makers and authors of Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S’more. Attendees will taste through five single origin chocolates as the authors share their tips and tricks to working with cocoa beans from around the world and demonstrate the transformation of nibs and sugar into the smooth and delightful treat you love. Attendees will receive 10% off the book during the event, and two of its authors will be available for signing.

Molly Gore is a food writer, former restaurant critic, and the Dandelion Chocolate communications manager. Her writing has appeared in Edible San Francisco, Texas Monthly, The East Bay Express, and other local outlets. Most recently, she co-authored a book about Western-style Japanese knives called Sharp (Chronicle Books 2018).
