Sausage Workshop with Angelo Garro
Make fresh sausage with Renaissance Man Angelo Garro and learn secrets of the Italian kitchen from his Sicilian wisdom in a small group setting.
This class is limited to 10 participants. Angelo will give hands on instruction to each student as they break down the pork, prepare it for grinding, and stuff fresh sausages. Each student will go home with fresh sausages made in class.
Angelo will also demonstrate how to make fresh ragu, and will prepare a family-style meal to end the class featuring the ragu with Llano Seco meat and fresh pasta from his kitchen.
Please bring a butchering knife and an apron.
