Pre-Performance Dinner for Brave New Music

Join us in the SHED café for a pre-concert dinner before the Brave New Music performance. The three-course meal is inspired by the season’s best locally sourced ingredients as well as the music of the evening, with a nod to traditional Polish food.

House-made Seasonal Aperitif and Bar Nibbles

First Course: Pickled Herring Tartine, Rye Toast, and Celery Salad

Main Course: Kielbasa with Bacon and Wild Mushroom Pierogi served with Beet Crème Fraîche and Sauerkraut

Dessert: Poppy Seed Pot de Crème

The three-course dinner is $42 per-person. With tax,  tip, and a beverage added, tickets for the dinner are $55. The meal begins with a house-made seasonal aperitif. Non-alcoholic beverages are available as well. SHED’s full list of wine and craft beer highlighting small and sustainable producers will be available for additional purchases.
