Naturally Sweet Food in Jars
Learn how to preserve the bounty of fall fruit with natural preserves in this hands-on workshop in the SHED Grange with Marisa McClennan, author of Naturally Sweet Food in Jars and blogger at FoodinJars.com.
Marisa will show participants how to safely and deliciously can using honey, maple, coconut sugar and other natural sweeteners and will demonstrate how to use the boiling water bath method for safe, shelf-stable preservation.
