In this tasting-centered workshop, “It’s Not You, It’s Brie” author and cheese and wine educator Kirstin Jackson will lead attendees through making the perfect holiday cheese plate.

Learn about and taste local and international cheeses matched with festive preserves and sides from the SHED Pantry as Kirstin presents what cheeses are best before and after dinner and shows how to prepare and serve the perfect cheese plate. Discover classic combos and a few seasonal surprises (gingersnaps and cheese, anyone?) and leave with the confidence to fearlessly create a gorgeous holiday plate for your guests.
