The Grain Divide Screening

As one of the places working to build a thriving grain economy in Northern California, Healdsburg has been selected to be one of the six national premiere sites for the new documentary The Grain Divide, a film that tells the history and future of grains by taking viewers on a journey into the fields, kitchens and labs that are shaping the future of the foundation of food.

SHED is proud to host the filmmaker of this powerful documentary and several of the innovators it features, including Chad Robertson of Tartine Bakery, Mike Zakowski of [the bejkr], Glenn Roberts of Anson Mills, Sonoko Sakai of Common Grains, and Doug Mosel of Mendocino Grain Project for a screening and panel discussion at 6pm.

After the show, we will have a wine reception with the featured panelists sponsored by Lioco Wine.
