Biodynamic Workshop 6
The wine industry was an early American adopter of Biodynamic farming, and Sonoma County boasts more Biodynamic farms than anywhere else in the country. As a grand finale to SHED’s six-part Biodynamic series, we will learn about what it means to create Biodynamic wine from grape growers and winemakers who are pushing the envelope on ecological farming and product quality.
In a panel hosted by Paul Dolan and moderated by wine writer Pam Strayer, we will hear from winemakers Alex Davis of Porter Creek, Ridgely Evers of DaVero, Hugh Chappelle of Quivira, and Biodynamic consultant Phillip Coderey.
