An Evening of Literature and Wine

World class literary luminaries get local in the SHED Grange in Luminarias, a new series presented with the Healdsburg Literary Guild. On January 28, Frances Dinkelspiel will be the first visiting author to speak, on her book Tangled Vines: Greed, Murder, Obsession and an Arsonist in the Vineyards of California. The book is a page-turning romp through California wine history, the high-rolling wine collectors it created, and the true-crime that occurred in 2005 when a massive arson-ignited warehouse fire in Vallejo shook the wine world.
Tickets includes a glass of wine, hors d’oeuvres, and a seat for a great literary evening. Plan to join us for this and other upcoming literary events in the series:
April 14 – Gary Soto and You Kiss by th’ Book
May 19 – Dana Gioia and Collected Poems
