Taste of Place with Pennyroyal Farm

At Pennyroyal Farm in Boonville, animal husbandry is integrated with viticulture to produce cheese and wine and with a strong sense of place. Wine and cheese are agricultural products that capture the moment of the season at its best.  Celebrate the flavors of spring with the wines and farmstead cheeses from Pennyroyal in the April Taste of Place dinner at SHED. Chef Perry Hoffman’s seasonal menu featuring the wines and the fresh and aged farmstead cheeses of Pennyroyal will highlight the best of the season in a very special event in our Modern Grange.

Taste of Place is a unique dining series that explores food and wine wines through the terroir, history, and philosophy of the local growers and makers who inspire us. Gather with us to enjoy chef Perry Hoffman’s thoughtfully designed four-course menu, one that represents a unique collaboration between winemaker and chef. Each Taste of Place dinner is designed to awaken the palate—and stimulate the mind—in a new way. We aim to entice and provoke while creating fond memories of sharing the table together.
