Knife Skills Workshop
The first step in creating great meals is choosing the right knife for the job. But when should you choose a chef’s knife over a bread knife or a boning knife over a carving knife? Find out at SHED with an introduction to the cooking knife. Learn the history and evolution of knives in cooking, how to select the right knife for the job, how to keep your knives maintained. The class includes a hands-on demonstration of basic knife cuts.
